Hannah Duffek
Senior Recruiter
Hannah brings a multidisciplinary background spanning recruitment, operations, and growth strategy, with hands-on experience supporting regulated and high-growth industries.
As a Senior Recruiter at Wayoh, she specializes in supporting hiring efforts for Banking & FinTech clients, across multiple avenues incouding Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance and Sales. Lee Korelitz
Senior Technical Recruiter
Lee has over 6 years of experience in filling the roles that struggle to attract senior talent. Before joining Wayoh, Lee has spent his time being the second tier of escalation for tough roles internally at Agilent and PPG specifically in the tech sector. Prior to that he was filing Software and Nursing roles at Epitec and Hireclout.
His recruiting style is clinical where he will first diagnose the issue and determine if it’s a people or process problem and work with you to fix it so you don’t need him for your future roles.
