As the Founder of Wayoh, Matt has an extensive amount of temporary and permanent staffing experience, spanning the US.
Throughout his career he has helped place over 500 professionals across the Risk, Compliance & Audit markets and is considered a staffing market leader in the Financial Services industry in the United States.
Matt has provided staffing solutions to many Wealth Management, Banking & Fintech clients for nearly 10 years in the US, where he’s been able to offer bespoke, cost-saving and always transparent solutions to business leaders.

Denise Mejia

Denise has over 15 years of financial industry experience, working for some of the world’s largest and best banks & businesses, she diverse experience ranges building large Compliance PMOs, to leading key initiatives, supporting C-Suite Executives.
Denise has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years, and has worked for some of the world’s largest banks & businesses. She’s a Subject Matter Expert across Risk, Financial Crime, and Cybersecurity and her diverse expertise across data protection, information security, risk and compliance program management enables her to truly understand the needs of our clients in these areas.
Denise also has extensive consulting experience in supporting risk management frameworks and compliance program management, where she successfully assisted several financial businesses with meeting regulatory demands, including with Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Banking firms. She offers a unique offering to Wayoh, given her many years in industry, plus her eye for talent and a wide network which spans North America.
